We are down to the last 2 players at Roland Garros in Paris and the Men’s Final takes place on Sunday.
Stan Wawrinka v Rafael Nadal
Stan Wawrinka the 3rd seed reached his second Roland Garros final when he defeated the top seed Andy Murray in 5 sets, 6-7 (6), 6-3, 5-7, 7-6 (3) and 6-1 in a thrilling match which took 4 hours and 34 minutes. This was a reversal of fortune for Wawrinka who went out to Murray at the same stage of the tournament last year. This will be his second French Open final as he was the champion in 2015. By reaching the final Wawrinka is guaranteed of moving to No. 3 in the Emirates ATP Rankings. In the quarter-finals he had beaten Marin Cilic the 7th seed in 3 sets 6-3, 6-3 and 6-1.
Wawrinka will now face 4th seed Rafael Nadal who moved a step closer to his 10th Roland Garros Title when he defeated 6th seed Dominic Thiem in 3 sets 6-3, 6-4 and 6-0. In the quarter-finals he won his match 6-2 and 2-0 when Carreno Busta had to retire with an abdominal injury. Nadal has not dropped a set through his 6 matches and has lost only 29 games just 2 games off the Open Era Record for the fewest games dropped in a Grand Slam.
In the Head to Head Nadal leads Wawrinka 15-3 and on clay 5-1.

Suggested Bet: Set Handicap – Wawrinka +2.5 at 7/10
Nadal is playing brilliantly and it is hard to oppose him but I think Wawrinka can grab a set.
