Golden Arrows are sitting mid-table in 10th position and still very much in the hunt for a top 8 finish.  They are level on points with 8th place Ajax and 9th place Pirates and they have played a game less than Pirates.  Arrows haven’t been in great form of late and they have only taken 2 points from the last 15 on offer in the League.  Their most recent result was a 1-1 away draw at Chiefs.  Their home form has been better and they have won 3 of their last 6 although were beaten in their last home match 2-0 by Sundowns.

Baroka are 16th and last on the table after Highlands Park beat Chippa United on Friday night.  They have drawn their last 3 matches in the League, most recently 2-2 away to Sundowns with a late penalty potentially costing Sundowns the title.  Both teams have scored in each of Baroka’s last 5 League games and Baroka have scored in each of their last 4 away games during which time they have taken 5 points from the 12 on offer.

Golden Arrows 1/1

Draw 22/10

Baroka 5/2

Suggested Bet: Golden Arrows win at 1/1

Baroka have shown some improved form of late and they are certainly making a bold bid for safety. They play an Arrows side that are struggling but still in the hunt for a top 8 finish and I am expecting a home win here.
