The TPC Southwind in Memphis, Tennessee is the host venue for this week’s PGA Tour event.
A par 70 layout, TPC Southwind is a testing course with small greens. Length and accuracy off the tee is less important than approach shots and finding Greens in Regulation is key. Wind shouldn’t be a factor this weekend and players will get a good warm up for the US Open that lies ahead.

D Johnson 7/1
40/1 and better the balance
A decent field takes to the start here and I am prepared to take on the single figure market leader Dustin Johnson. He was 3rd in the Memorial and quite simply struggles to get over the line and I can’t have him at 7/1. There are question marks over Koepka after he crumbled down the stretch last time out and Mickelson will surely be thinking of the big prize next week.
Ryan Palmer each way at 16/1
In good form with a T3 finish at Colonial 2 weeks ago and has a couple of top 5’s to his credit here.
Daniel Berger each way at 28/1
Having a good season and while he makes his debut he has the game for this track.
Colt Knost each way at 40/1
Was in hot form before a disappointing showing last time out. An excellent putter he is also very accurate and looks well priced to challenge here.
Ernie Els each way at 150/1
Ernie is playing some decent golf and while his winning days on the PGA Tour may be over I am prepared to chance him at triple figures.
